The Café Bar Imperial is one of the oldest establishments in the town of Negreira and has been in operation for more than thirty years. Our bar is characterized by being a meeting point and an emblematic place where many residents usually gather, as well as visitors and pilgrims who are attracted to our lands. We offer a wide range of quality wines, both Galician and the rest of the country, a family atmosphere and variety of tapas to satisfy the appetite of our customers. Every day, from 11 a.m. in the morning until well into midday, we also offer a skewer of our potato omelet with each drink and totally free of charge. On Sundays, however, we give our customers a tapa of "Callos de Pili", our great specialty.
We have a large outdoor terrace, with covered area, in the access to the bar from the central square of the town, ideal to enjoy meals outdoors in the center of Negreira.
We are open seven days a week. From Monday to Friday, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m and from 7:00 p.m. to 0:00 p.m. On Saturdays we open from 7:00 p.m. to 0:00 p.m. On Sundays, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 0:00 p.m.
We have a restaurant area that specializes in homemade food, in fact we have always believed in traditional cuisine and the excellent quality of our raw material, betting especially on local and seasonal products. We organize meals by order and we have a varied and economic menu of the day that is offered from Monday to Friday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm at night.
Depending on the day, our menus consist of 4 or 5 dishes of first choice and another 4 or 5 dishes of second. Then you can have dessert or coffee, which can be a homemade dessert, a fruit, a glass of ice cream, a yogurt or a flan. All this accompanied by bread and a drink. We also offer our daily menu and a wide range of sandwiches, rations and omelettes to go. In this regard, it is appreciated that the customer brings their own container in order to harm the environment as little as possible. In case of large groups it is appreciated to reserve previously, for the benefit of the clients and our own, because it allows us a better organization.
We open our kitchen from Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m expanding until 11:30 p.m. on fridays . Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 7:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
